Application forms, photos, audition videos, contact details, eligibility answers, and usage metadata. Stored in Firebase (EU region, project global-audition).

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection — request via the app or email above.

4. Retention

Data is retained per production policy, typically 12–24 months after project close unless law requires longer.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies for authentication and session on admin.globalaudition.org. No third-party advertising cookies on the marketing site.

6. Sub-processors

Firebase (Google Cloud), Cloudflare (hosting), PayPal (billing for producers), SendGrid (transactional email).
